Biography
Prior to joining Rogers Communications, Jeppe has served in multiple executive roles including Vice President, Product, Strategy & Innovation with Mobile Money Ventures (A CitiGroup & SK Telecom Joint Venture), Sr. Vice President, Mobile Transaction Services - Clickatell, where he was responsible for the company’s mobile payments division, Director of Product Development EnStream (a Rogers, Bell and TELUS Joint Venture), he was also the Founder & CTO of Secure Wireless Transfers where he developed the award winning KushCash platform, one of the first mobile payment deployments in North America. He is very active in mobile payments and financial inclusion initiatives globally and advises several companies in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Jimmy brings over 11 years of corporate strategy, product management and strategic business development experience within the intersecting ecosystems of mobile, online commerce and emerging payments. Previous to CIBC, Jimmy served as Director of Mobile Payments at MasterCard Inc. In this role, he led go–to–market product strategies and strategic partnership development in Canada focused on NFC and P2P payments. Jimmy has also been extensively involved in developing mobile money transfer and service monetization solutions with mobile network operators in emerging and un–banked markets globally.
Jimmy received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Karim Khoja

Under his leadership, Roshan has grown to be Afghanistan’s market leader, with over 5 million customers. Roshan has received international recognition for Outstanding Achievement in the Face of Adversity and Special Recognition for Corporate Philanthropy.
Mr. Khoja started his GSM career as CEO for Mobilink in Pakistan, and then launched Era GSM in Poland. He went on to spin off the company, HT Mobile, from Croatia Telecom. Over the course of the last eight years, Mr. Khoja has dedicated his time to the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED) to bring competition and best practices to the telecommunication industry in Afghanistan and Tajikistan. He has focused not only on financial results, but also on how technology can be used to change lives.
Mr. Khoja serves on the Board of several international companies. He is the Chairman of the Afghan Investment Climate facility, a £30m fund to encourage private enterprise, an advisor to the GSMA Development Fund and an advisory Board Member of the Legatum Center at MIT.

Kevin has over 10 years experience working in digital channels with CIBC in various roles ranging from managing the User Experience practice to Business Architecture consultant and more.
